In 1994 Hotel Installation Specialist (H.I.S) began operations as licensed subcontractors in Tampa, Florida. The company’s niche market quickly became the hospitality industry where furniture setup, also known as FF&E, became the initial task that was mastered.
In September of 2000 H.I.S expanded upon the services to which they offered; these thoughts were generated to capture the hotel new construction market. Along with remodels and renovations H.I.S performs an array of services; just to name a few: carpet, tile, doors, stucco, drywall, painting and granite are services that are provided to the highest professional standard.
